Years of experience in numerous multinational firms endowed our leadership team with a unique blend of skills, which allows us to identify where to and how to deploy capital more effectively. We are firm believers in strong work ethics.
Our vision converged into Purunity in 2020. We decided to utilize our collective experience in improving the quality of life essentials such as water and air, while also contributing to the sustainability of our planet through reducing plastic consumption.
In our Purunity journey, we will continue our pursuit of excellence through providing the best-in-class service to our subscribers. We aim to build long-term relationships, and also have our subscribers as part of an environmentally responsible community.

Hüseyin Tural Okur
Founder
Tural has a deep experience in investing across different layers of capital structure including majority / minority / preferred equity and senior / subordinated loans, and brings ten years of international M&A and direct investment experience to Purunity.
Tural holds a BSc in Economics from Middle East Technical University and an MBA from INSEAD.
Tarek Al-Sohabani

In 2014, Tarek Al-Sohabani completed graduate studies and received a dual master’s degree in International Legal Studies, Administrative Law & Regulatory Practices, specialized in International Trade and Business Law, Intellectual Property & Information Policy from the American University in Washington, DC, USA. Since then, Tarek has been a vital asset to SLF and helped expand the three decades firm regionally and globally, becoming one of its partners.
Tarek’s work specializes in various fields such as litigation, Intellectual Property, Labor, Trade, and Corporate law, serving clients that range from startups to major corporations; his clients think of him as a problem solver and a creative dealmaker who thinks and lives, outside the box.
Zohaib Jalal

As a business leader, Zohaib champions diversity & inclusion, and is passionate about developing the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the GCC region.
He graduated with Honors in BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and has an MBA from INSEAD.
Muhlis Soysal

Muhlis is an accomplished marketeer & strategist with a broad experience in large-scale corporations as well as entrepreneurship, which gives him a unique skillset to design distinctive brand strategies and go to market models.
He holds a BSc in Chemical Engineering from Middle East Technical University.
